Immerse yourself in delicious food and historic charm at the Goomeri Pumpkin Festival's Butcher's Block Degustation Dinner, presented by the Clovely Estate Chef team. Hosted at the stunning Barambah Homestead on Saturday 24 May 2025, this evening offers a spectacular country feast showcasing the best our region has to offer - including, of course, pumpkin. Amidst the elegant ambiance of the heritage-listed homestead, guests will enjoy a drink and canapés on arrival followed by a five-course dining experience.
Journey through the finest local Barambah Valley Produce. A Nose to Tail, Snout to Trotter experience embracing Clovely’s zero waste culture. Fired with old Vine Shiraz timber, smoked with Olive leaf branch, cured with Clovely Estate Gin or confit with our Olive Oil – a degustation night to remember.
